Any system can only be as reliable as the information it’s built on. Most districts’ policies, handbooks, and guides exist across multiple systems and formats, often without documentation of the reasoning behind them. This makes staff—and AI—more prone to mistakes and misalignment.
The Audit identifies gaps in your institutional working memory and evaluates how your documents, policies, and procedures can be organized and optimized for machine work.
Secure Intake: Your team shares up to 50 critical files via your Google Drive. We analyze them in place, respecting privacy, and provide actionable insights. All files remain district-owned and can be deleted 30 days after the engagement.
Focused Inventory: We map inconsistencies, gaps, and points where knowledge opportunities, vulnerabilities, and needs exist.
Workflow Alignment: We highlight areas where team changes or passage of time has evolved your documentation and where wisdom should be encoded.
Standalone or Precursor: The audit can function independently or serve as the foundation for building a Teammate and Archivist. Districts can complete the audit and stop, gaining clarity and recommendations without committing to further infrastructure.
Outcome: A clear, actionable map of your institutional knowledge, gaps, and risks—so AI or any digital support tools are deployed safely and effectively.
